What will your job look like?

Accountable to the Technical Support Supervisor

Provides customer support and acts as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and complaints

Troubleshoots and solves customers’ technical related issues

Promotes company’s products and services

Handles information and billing inquiries

All you need is…

Educated to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferable

Experience in a service environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of computer and internet applications

Ability to work in a complex and high demanding environment

Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language

Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)
