Job Description

What we expect from you:

  •          To perform pre-opening activities under the supervision of the Pre-Opening Leader for the preparation of buffet area
  •          To ensure buffet stations are fully equipped prior to and during the service with necessary utensils and equipment
  •          To keep the Buffet area clean and tidy (floor, buffet and all surfaces) during the service.
  •          To continuously refill plate quantities whenever necessary
  •          To continuously check the cleanliness of the buffet and serving utensils
  •          To start the preparation for the next service at the end of each service
  •          To know the different service utensils and equipment used in a buffet

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer requests
  • A good communicator with a genuine smile
  • Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and processes
  • Excellent at following workplace health and safety rules
  • EU citizen or an EU work permit holder

 

MONTHLY SALARY OFFERED: 1029 EUROS (GROSS)
