What we expect from you:
- To perform pre-opening activities under the supervision of the Pre-Opening Leader for the preparation of buffet area
- To ensure buffet stations are fully equipped prior to and during the service with necessary utensils and equipment
- To keep the Buffet area clean and tidy (floor, buffet and all surfaces) during the service.
- To continuously refill plate quantities whenever necessary
- To continuously check the cleanliness of the buffet and serving utensils
- To start the preparation for the next service at the end of each service
- To know the different service utensils and equipment used in a buffet
Qualifications and Experience:
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer requests
- A good communicator with a genuine smile
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and processes
- Excellent at following workplace health and safety rules
- EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
