About the Role
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest laundry, hotel linens, and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and returned to guests and departments in a timely manner. Your work will contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and prepare guest laundry, linens, and uniforms for cleaning.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure that laundry items are cleaned, pressed, and folded to the highest standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and related areas.
• Inspect laundry for damage or stains and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Ensure that laundry inventory is adequately stocked and report any shortages.
• Follow all hotel procedures for handling guest laundry, including special requests for dry cleaning or delicate items.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet laundry service requirements.

• Previous experience in a laundry role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and techniques; attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
