What we expect from you:
· To be familiar with all large-volume cooking equipment used in a contemporary industrial kitchen
· To be familiar with all the recipes of the menu and able to prepare them to professional standards
· To inspect and maintain high levels of hygiene and health & safety standards in the workplaces
· To coordinate and supervise the team
· To be able to cover for the superior or colleagues wherever necessary
· To consult with supervisory staff to plan suitable menus
· To support the Executive Chef
Qualifications and Experience
· Graduate of a Culinary School
· 3 years’ experience in a similar position
· Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
· Good command of the English language
· EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
Monthly Salary offered: 1803 EUROS (GROSS)
