We are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol a Junior Lawyer (Russian Speaking).
Main Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting of different contacts including licensing agreements, agreements with payment systems, agreements on development of the software, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, sponsorship agreements etc.
• Assisting in M&A and corporate
• Providing Legal support of company’s daily activity
• Assisting in Legal analysis of business operations and legislation of different countries
• Assisting in dealing with IP matters (registration, protection etc.)
• Providing help on performing researches on legal and regulatory matters
• Assisting in immigration issues
• Contribute to the coordinating with other departments on legal matters and developing strong working relations

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Law or related fields
• Team-player, able to work under pressure, problem solving and time management skills are a must
• Russian language is mandatory
• English upper int.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Experience with payment systems and banks in several countries
