Parimatch Tech is an international product holding company that develops technology and marketing solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry and secures global expansion for the Parimatch brand. We are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol a Human Resources Officer (Employer Branding). 

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of new HR Branding ideas and present them to the HR Director
• Assist in the expansion of Media Cooperation across the country following our HR Media plan
• Assist in the development of Media Budget
• Promote the corporate culture and the Employer Branding in the media 
• Assist with the content writing for promoting the Employer Branding
• Proofread articles in English and Greek and any other content before publishing
• Searching and presenting European/Global Awards that we can participate as HR Team and develop the way on reaching our goal with the coordination of the HR Officer and HR Director
• Filing of the necessary documents of the Employer Branding
• Organize the completion of press releases, articles, conferences or other Employer Branding projects within deadlines
• Conduct research on industry-related topics and industry trends
• Assist with the organization of the Corporate Events and any other ad-hoc HR project

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate and maintain excellent collaboration with collaborators and colleagues 
• Excellent writing skills in English and Greek. Proven content writing will be considered an advantage
• Fluent in English and Greek. Russian will be an advantage
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives and deadlines simultaneously
• Utilize industry best practices, creativity and a keen eye for details
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
