Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an HR Administrator.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares and amends HR documents
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment and hiring process
  • Completes and maintains training records - HRDA forms
  • Organizes and maintains personnel records and filling system for all new hires and existing employees
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly payroll by providing the accounting department with relevant information
  • Assists in the performance management of the personnel
  • Ensures compliance with the employment law or any other regulation related to employees such as GDPR
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Participates in HR projects
  • Undertake general HR administration duties


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Responsible and highly organized
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to always keep strict confidentiality
