Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years at a Housekeeping supervisory role in a Five-star Hotel                            
• Excellent command of English is a must any other language will be considered as a strong advantage

Position summary/ Responsibilities

The Supervisor, Housekeeping is responsible for the supervision for the cleaning of guest rooms, guest floor corridors, heart of house areas and other service areas in accordance with established company’s standards and checklists.

• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must have a positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Computer literate with PMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel familiarization with Opera- HOTSOS – REX
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, leadership and coaching skills

Work schedule- shifts

• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
• 6 days /week
• 9 hours per shift with a total of 1-hour break

Remarks

When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid.  Training will be provided

Monthly Salary (Gross)        

• Basic NET salary per month:  EUR 1186 - (13th salary provided)         
• Flight Tickets:  Upon Arrival and Departure    
• Accommodation: Provided    

Other requirements

• Non-EU (Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Georgia or any other Non EU nationality close to Europe)
• Well shaved, short haircut
• No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)
