Job Description

Location: Limassol (Hybrid)  or Remote

What will your job look like?

Accountable to the CFO

  • Support the CFO and top Management in company-wide projects
  • Produce critical material for both internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for the company month-end Management Reporting and the alignment of results with Accounting departmentResponsible for the company annual Budget, intra-year revisions and long-term planningMeeting strict deadlines of key Finance processes and ensure sound financial results in line with IFRSProvide excellent business partnering and be the main interface with the business departmentsAnalyze results and KPIs and explain budget variances; Improve financial insights and systems
  • Review departmental reports related to the budget
  • Align and consolidate company-wide inputs and projects
  • Be instrumental in understanding financial performance and underlying business drivers
  • Assess external requirements for budgeting and reporting that could impact the budgetary process of the Company
  • Track and report on financial ratios against budgetary baselines
  • Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned and/or amended by the management

All you need is…

  • BSc in Finance or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree holder (MBA, MSc) and/or ACA or ACCA qualified will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience is required
  • Analytical and reasoning skills
  • Multi-tasking skills required
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be commercially focused and minded
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with strong oral and written skills
  • Good knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Comply with the Health and Safety Regulations of the Company
