Job Description









Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at the newly opened hotel Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos, as the Executive Housekeeper and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Manages the housekeeping department’s day to day operation as per the brand standards.

·         Coordinates the daily cleaning schedules and room assignments to ensure efficient service.

·         Inspects guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.

·         Trains and mentors, the housekeeping team on procedures, safety protocols, and guest expectations.

·         Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

·         Collaborates with other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

·         Handles guest feedback and complaints and takes corrective actions as needed.

·         Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures a safe working environment for the housekeeping team.

Job Requirements:


·         A minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping management role in a 4* or a 5* hotel.

·         A high school diploma or equivalent education in hospitality.

·         Very good command of and English language. Knowledge of Greek will be considered as an advantage.

·         Leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.

·         Good knowledge of MS Office.

·         European Union Nationality or eligibility to work within the European Union.
