Educational Level

• College Degree will be considered an advantage
• Certificate or equivalent professional training
• Practical attractions and customer service experience are preferred

Position summary/ Responsibilities

 The Ambassador, Attractions is responsible for the smooth operations within all Entertainment Attractions, ensuring that the overall guest experience is delivered, manage the crowd control, ticket selling and to keep check the condition of all related areas ensuring that the highest service quality standards are met.

Required experience/competencies  

• Pleasant personality with good customer services sense
• Maintains a very high standard of personal presentation at all times
• Ability to speak and write English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
• Strong Organisation skills and work ethic needed
• Ability to perform under pressure and have an aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, on an eight-hour schedule           

 Competencies:

• Able to stand long period of time
• Must enjoy being around kids
• Should be able to follow SOP's of Health and Safety

Work schedule- shifts

• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
• 6 days /week
• 9 hours per shift with a total of 1-hour break

Remarks

When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid.  Training will be provided

Other requirements

• No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)
• Well shaved, short haircut
• Picture (via email) and Video (via WhatsApp, Viber) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t ‘shirt (no long sleeved shirts)
