We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist, with a well-rounded background & skills, to join our dynamic group of companies. Prior working experience in a similar position is desirable but not a prerequisite. Show us that you can do the job and nothing else matters!

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Designs, builds and maintains social media presence

Design and create engaging content for adverts (excellent working knowledge of Adobe illustrator, InDesign and photoshop is an advantage)

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

Knowledge of creating ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)

Knowledge of content management systems

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or a related field

Working experience in digital marketing

Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools
