Parimatch Tech is an international product holding company that develops technology and marketing solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry and secures global expansion for the Parimatch brand. We are now hiring on behalf of Parimatch Cyprus for the Offices in Nicosia a ” Customer Service Representative ”.

Main Responsibilities:

  •     Effectively handles new and existing client base via phone, email and livechat
  •     Helps clients verify account with KYC docs
  •     Explains platform features to clients
  •     Knows all the features and benefits of all products and services of the company
  •     Gains understanding of client needs and possible issues with platform
  •     Follows up on clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  •     Fluency in Greek and English
  •     I.T. Proficient
  •     Experience in relevant field will be consider an advantage
  •     Excellent communication and organisational skills
