What will your job look like?

Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and use techniques to persuade customers to remain under the services that PrimeTel offers

Directly contacting customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain them turns into a customer renewal opportunity

Contacting suspended/closed customers and ensure payment and reconnection also again ensure that every opportunity to retain them turns into a customer renewal opportunity

Accountable for contacting customers to offer them contract renewal

Responsible to properly document outcomes on why customers choose to terminate our services, updates team’s files timely

Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation

All you need is…

Educated to a degree level

Experience in managing cross-functional projects

Ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions and meet deadlines

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and in particular excellent telephone manner

Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Attention to detail / accuracy

Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously

Fluency in Greek and English
