Educational Level

Culinary Diploma from an accredited School

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional kitchen experience with 2 years in a similar role in Five-star hotels                  
  • Good command of English is a must any other language will be considered as a strong advantage          

Position summary/ Responsibilities

The Chef de Partie is responsible for working and supervising an assigned area or section in the kitchen, including all tasks related to food production within the section.  The Chef de Partie follows the instructions given by the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine to ensure the quality and consistency is maintained and takes responsibility to organize and supervise the activities of the cooks to support the same goals.

 Required skills/competencies

  • Experience in a high-volume operation, working with international teams                                                      
  • Hands-on, cuisine oriented primary skill set                          
  • Good management and leadership qualities                                    
  • Understanding of Food cost         
  • Strong sense of teamwork

 Work schedule- shifts

  • Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation 
  • 6 days /week    
  • 9 hours per shift with a total of 1-hour break

Remarks

When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid. Training will be provided

Monthly Salary

  • Basic NET Salary per month EUR 2190 (6/1) (13th salary provided)      
  • No flight ticket will be provided
  • Accommodation is to be provided by the company covering all utility bills

Other requirements

  • From any European country
  • No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)                                                                         
  • Well shaved, short haircut                                                                                                          
  • Picture   and Video (via email) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t ‘shirt (no long sleeved shirts)
