About the job

We are currently recruiting for the position of the Bookkeeper, preferably with prior experience in Cyprus.

The position is for a Corporate Services Firm offering incorporation and management of entities in reputable jurisdictions and all the range of the fiduciary services. They have offices in Cyprus and abroad.



  • Maintain accounting books and records on daily basis
  • Support month end closure of accounts
  • Assistance in preparation and submission of VAT and VIES declarations
  • Assistance in preparation of Payroll and Social Insurance
  • Assistance in preparation of management accounts and financial statements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain invoices / record financial transactions
  • Assistance with tax matters and other administrative duties



  • LCCI Level 3: Certificate in Accounting
  • Qualification or degree in Accounting will be considered an advantage
  • Two years’ Prior experience in Cyprus, preferably in accounting, audit, fiduciary, or tax firm.
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e-soft) will be considered an advantage
  • Proactive, professional, client service orientated, with good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
