Educational Level
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Business
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role in the Hotel Industry Management is preferred
- Internationally recognized professional qualifications on wines would be an advantage
Position summary/ Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager, Restaurant is responsible for assisting the Manager, Restaurant to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals within individual business unit, while ensuring optimum quality service to customers at all times.
Required skills/competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- Profound knowledge of beverages and wines, including high-end wines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proven leadership skills, team buildingand developing star
Work schedule- shifts
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
- 6 days /week
- 9 hours per shift with a total of 1-hour break
Remarks
When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid. Training will be provided
Monthly Salary
- Basic NET Salary: TBCNo flight ticket will be provided
- Accommodation is to be provided by the company covering all utility bills
