A 5* Hotel is seeking to recruit in order to cover its needs in Ayia Napa
- Accurately book, change and cancel Spa appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves Spa facilities.
- Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with hotel policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the hotel's assets.
- Provide detailed descriptions of Spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the Spa.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Pleasant personality
- EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
- Attractive salary package
